Staff Nurse

Full Job Description Vivid Care Service is seeking to appoint full-time Staff Nurses to join our In-Patient Team. If you have a passion for palliative care and an interest in making a real difference to our patients and their families, come and join us. The post holder will act as a practitioner with professional accountability to effectively plan, deliver and evaluate palliative care to patients within NW/Greater Manchester. Working closely with a multi-disciplinary team, they will ensure the holistic needs of our patients and their families are met. The ideal candidate will have experience working with patients with palliative care needs, excellent interpersonal skills, hold a 1st level Adult Registered Nurse qualification (1st Degree/ Diploma) and be registered with the NMC.
