Full Job Description Company description We provide Housing Related Support to Vulnerable Adults. Our Client Groups are low-risk and mainly require Housing Related Support. Job description To provide Support to Vulnerable Adults. The Support required is for adults who need minimal support but need assistance with obtaining the necessary benefits and to be rehoused in a permanent position to allow them to have independent living. We will provide training to the right Candidate. Ideally, references are required, and they must have a DBS, which deems them suitable for the position.
